LONDON, Ont. – One man is dead and another is facing criminal charges after a single-vehicle crash on Highway 401 in London, Ont.
Provincial police say it happened at around 8:30 Saturday night, when an SUV lost control in the eastbound lanes, left the road and rolled.
Two of the five people in the vehicle were taken to hospital, where one man died.
Police had the highway shut down for several hours for an investigation.
There’s no word on what charges the driver is facing, but police say he “faces a number of Criminal Code charges.”
No other information has been released.
