Vernon-based Tolko Industries has announced operations will be curtailed for at least two weeks at its stud mills in Armstrong and Williams Lake.
The shutdown begins August 23, and affects 315 workers.
Tolko cites poor market conditions for the stoppage, adding that the date of restart will depend on improved demand.
