REGINA – The community of Cumberland House is now almost completely empty.

A state of emergency was declared there Saturday after the Water Security Agency warned of an impending flood.

Heavy rains in Alberta are causing Saskatchewan’s rivers to swell and water is expected to arrive mid-week.
