A former Alberta government manager who is serving jail time for fraud in our province, is now facing fraud charges in another Canadian province.
Lloyd Carr was sentenced to three-and-a-half years in jail after pleading guilty to one count of fraud over 5-thousand dollars.
He bilked the province of more than $634,000.00 while working at the Alberta Drug and Alcohol Commission. Now RCMP in Flin-Flon Manitoba say they’ve charged Carr with two counts of uttering a forged document and one count of fraud.
