RCMP are investigating after a man died in a snowmobiling accident in the bush near Fort Chipewyan.
Emergency crews were called to the scene at 4:00pm on Tuesday. When they arrived they found the victim had already passed away.
Investigators believe the man lost control and was thrown from his snowmobile. He likely flew through the air before crashing into a tree.
The name of the victim is being withheld as police work to notify next of kin
