HERNDON, Va. – Police say two people were taken to a hospital after a two-seat plane crashed into the living room of a third-story apartment outside Washington.
Police spokeswoman Corinne Geller says the plane crashed into the roof of the apartment building in Herndon, Virginia, early Friday after it had electrical problems and its engine cut off.
Geller says the men were taking infrared photographs for an aerial photography company when they ran low on fuel.
