TORONTO – Crews were fighting a 3-alarm fire early Tuesday morning as high winds from Tropical Storm Sandy lashed the city. The fire started on Queen St. West, near Queen and Soho in the Roots building. The fire was knocked down within an hour of crews arriving on scene, but officials will be dealing with the damage for several hours.
