TORONTO — A little piece of Canadian hockey history makes an appearance on an upcoming episode of Pawn Stars.
An original signed copy of Wayne Gretzky’s New York Rangers contract is offered for sale to Corey Harrison and Austin “Chumlee” Russell at the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop.

Gretzky played for the Rangers from 1996 to 1999. The Ontario-born hockey legend started his career with the Edmonton Oilers.
With only five copies of the contract reportedly in existence, it is believed to be a valuable collectible.
But Chumlee isn’t a hockey fan. “I can’t tell you one hockey player in the world right now,” he says in the episode, which airs June 4 at 9 p.m. on History.
History is owned by Shaw Media, parent company of Global News.
