RCMP and Winnipeg police are out on the streets, looking to get impaired drivers off the road.
RoadWatch 2013 officially launched today and marks the 15th year that Manitoba Public Insurance has funded the campaign.

It wasn’t long before officers started handing out tickets on Thursday.
Not long after a checkstop opened on Lagimodiere Boulevard, our cameras caught officers making an arrest for drug possession.
Officers also ticketed a driver who had too much liquor in the car.
Officials say more than 600 drunk drivers have been taken off the road in the past three years with help from the checkstop program.
