Parts of north Texas were under severe thunderstorm warnings on Monday night into early Tuesday morning. A tornado that went through Granbury, a town about 56 km southwest of Fort Worth, was part of that system and there are reports of multiple injuries.
Tornadoes were also reported in Milbury, west of Fort Worth.
From January to April 2013, 234 tornadoes were reported in the United States. Last year in the same time, there were 496 tornadoes reported.
