REGINA – Regina’s extremely low vacancy rate will be one of the key topics at a two-day summit on housing issues in the city.
The summit, which begins today was promised by Mayor Michael Fougere before he was elected mayor.

The vacancy rate is currently less than one per cent, and Fougere says he would like to see it in the three-per-cent range.
Representatives from all three levels of government will be on hand, along with delegates from the housing industry and non-profit groups.
