Medical practitioners gathered in front of the immigration office on St. Antoine in Montreal on June 18, 2012. They were protesting cuts to healthcare for refugees as part of a National Day of Action, where Canada’s physicians and other healthcare professionals were demonstrating across the country. The healthcare changes are scheduled to come into effect as of July 1, 2012.
