EXTENDED INTERVIEW: An Accuser and his Tipping Point

Psychiatrist Dr. Aubrey Levin’s primary accuser was a man in his thirties, known by the initials RB, with a lengthy criminal record and a borderline personality disorder. The court found that Levin sexually assaulted him, during visits ordered by the courts. Dr. Levin says he was treating RB for erectile dysfunction.

A jury found Dr. Levin guilty of assaulting three patients, including RB, and not guilty on two other counts. He is appealing his conviction.

In this excerpt from his interview with Carolyn Jarvis, RB tells how he reached his “tipping point” and decided to buy a spy camera—to surreptitiously record Levin —so he could give police the evidence they needed to arrest dr. Levin and charge him with sexual assault.
