Snow will be heavy at times before easing off as the storm system tracks out of the province.

Brisk northerly winds will whip the snow around, reducing visibility.

Poor traveling conditions are expected over the warned areas due to the snow and subfreezing temperatures.

Several highways have already been closed due to heavy snow, including Highway 11 from Regina to Davidson.
