A 35-year-old man is facing charges, in connection with a serious weekend crash in Hamilton.
Hamilton police say shortly after 3 a.m. Sunday, a black 2008 Maserati was travelling at a high rate of speed westbound on Queenston Road East near Kenora Avenue, when it struck a 2007 Mercedes Benz SUV, causing the Maserati to leave the road and collide with two hydro poles.
That’s when police say the driver of the Maserati fled the area on foot leaving his three injured passengers behind.
