UPDATE:

A witness says several tactical police officers swarmed an apartment building with their guns drawn, with at least one man being arrested.

“They went up the stairs and pulled the fire alarm,” the witness told Global News, adding four undercover police vehicles pulled up to the building before police officers piled out of them.

The witness said another police car came along, with two blonde females, possibly in their 20s, being taken into the car. Five minutes later, the witness said an older man was brought out with handcuffs on and he was searched.

“And then (police) slowly started coming back out, but still stuck around while they searched the unit,” said the witness, who called the incident scary.
