Blustery weather made driving an ordeal in southern Manitoba Wednesday evening.
Many highways were closed for several hours, including Highway 75 between Winnipeg and the U.S. border. All the highways re-opened early Thursday morning, although Highway 75 remained closed for a few more hours. Highway 75 re-opened at 7:15 a.m.
