Saskatchewan Liberal Party to choose a new leader

REGINA – Members of the Saskatchewan Liberal Party will choose a new leader late this year.

The party will announce its new boss November 2nd at a convention set for Saskatoon’s TCU Place.

The deadline for potential candidates to file their nomination papers is August 2nd.

The party says it has spent the past year reorganizing and will continue to show that there’s another option in Saskatchewan politics that isn’t driven by left- or right-of-centre ideology.
