A water main burst near the Johnson Street Bridge in Victoria caused a traffic disruption Monday morning.
Victoria police say the break happened at Tyee and Esquimalt Road, forcing the closure of the bridge.
The bridge has now been re-opened but police say traffic will remain closed on Esquimalt Road west of Tyee. Drivers travelling towards Esquimalt on Esquimalt Road will be detoured either down Tyee or Songhees to go around the damaged road.
