Pedestrian struck and injured Main Street southbound at Euclid Ave. Randall Paull

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and injured on Main Street in Winnipeg’s north end Tuesday.

The victim was initially described as a male, who was unconscious after the accident. No details were immediately available.

It happened just before 1:30 pm. An ambulance and police officers were on scene and traffic was disrupted in the southbound lanes of Main Street.

The victim was taken in unstable condition to the Health Sciences Centre.
