“Under Chief Larsen’s leadership, Moose Jaw has seen an expansion of community outreach, the lowest crime rate numbers in thirty years, and a high degree of community satisfaction with the police service,” said Mayor Higgins, Chair of the Moose Jaw Board of Police Commissioners.

“While Chief Larsen’s leadership will be missed, we know his skills will continue to benefit the province through his new appointment.”

The Board will begin the process of hiring a new Chief immediately.
