What’s open and what’s closed on Terry Fox Day in Winnipeg

With Manitoba celebrating Terry Fox Day on Monday, here’s a look at what’s open, what’s closed, and what schedules are being changed.

All civic offices are closed, along with libraries, leisure centres, and indoor pools. Outdoor pools and spray pads will remain open.

CF Polo Park, St. Vital, Kildonan Place and Garden City Shopping Centres are open from 11 a.m.-6 p.m.

Garbage and recycling will get picked up on a usual Monday schedule while Winnipeg Transit will operate on a Sunday schedule.

Liquor stores are open from 10 a.m.- 6 p.m, while grocery stores will maintain regular hours.

Cemetery grounds at Brookside, Transcona, and St. Vital will be open for visitation from 7 a.m.-9 p.m.
