Police are trying to find the owners of several items that are believed to have been stolen from vehicles in south-end Halifax over the past two days.
In a news release Friday afternoon, Halifax Regional Police said they were called to Bridges Street and Harrington Drive on Thursday just after midnight.
Officers received reports of two people breaking into vehicles, along with a description of the suspects.

Two people matching those descriptions were located in the area of 600 Franklyn Street, about 10 minutes after the initial call, according to police.
A 21-year-old man from Dartmouth and a 16-year-old boy from Halifax were arrested and taken into custody after officers located “a large amount” of suspected stolen property.
Officers are working on returning to the property to the rightful owners. Anyone who had their car broken into on Wednesday or Thursday is asked to contact Halifax Regional Police.
