Thousands spent to justify film credit cut: NDP

The N-D-P says the Saskatchewan government spent thousands of dollars trying to justify the end of the Film Employment Tax Credit after the decision to do away with it had already been made.

The N-D-P says documents obtained through a Freedom Of Information request prove the point.

Culture Minister Kevin Doherty ducked the question several times, focusing his response on how the province has balanced the budget.
