The City of Moncton has announced that construction of a new outdoor pool complex is now underway at Moncton’s Centennial Beach.
The facility will consist of a pool, zero-entry wading pool, 15 change/washrooms, seating and shaded areas.
The pool is expected to accommodate 651 people.

The city released a series of new concept drawings to accompany the project.

The project will see the facility’s entrance re-aligned to match Dickson Boulevard and will have 126 parking spaces, 10 of which will be accessible spaces.
The Centennial Beach facility is expected to open in June 2019.
