Join Global Calgary for some fun at the 2018 Calgary Stampede.
Global News will be at the Stampede for the entire 10 days with various on-site events.
Global Calgary is taking its morning, noon, 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. shows on the road on July 10, which is community day at the grounds.
There will be opportunities to meet your favourite Global News personalities and we will have Colour Your Weather activity stations set up, as well as games, a selfie station and prizes.
Have you always wanted to know what it’s like to sit behind our anchor desk? You’re in luck, as you’ll have the chance to “be an anchor” and get your picture taken behind the Global News desk.
Our helicopter, Global 1, will do a fly-over at around 5:30 p.m. most days — feel free to wave to our pilot!
