CALGARY – A fire in Bowness on Sunday night caused extensive damage to a small detached bungalow.
Fire crews rushed to the 4600 block of 73rd Street N.W. around 9:30 p.m.

The elderly woman who lived in the home had already got out safely by the time crews arrived.
Crews contained the fire and extinguish it, but it still caused a lot of damage to the home.
There were no injuries and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
