Durham police are investigating after a 24-year-old man was fatally shot in Oshawa overnight.
Police responded to a call around 2 a.m. Wednesday at a building on Bloor Street between Ritson Road and Simcoe Street.
Emergency crews arrived on scene and located a male deceased.

Const. George Tudos said CPR was performed but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim was later identified as Kyle David Baker.
Police did not reveal any information about possible suspects.
The homicide unit has taken over the investigation.
