Halifax police seek suspects after shots fired on Brunswick Street

Halifax Regional Police say they are still looking for suspects after receiving several reports of shots fired on Brunswick Street Wednesday.

Police say they were called to the corner of Brunswick and North streets at around 5:55 p.m.

Police say a number of officers attended the scene and several people were seen fleeing the area.

In an updated news release Thursday, police said there are have been no reported injuries and no evidence to suggest anyone was injured.

Police say the investigation remains in its early stages.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact Halifax Regional Police or Crime Stoppers.
