Highway 1 between Regina and Moose Jaw closed after multi-vehicle collision

The White Butte RCMP are currently on scene of a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 1 west of Belle Plaine.

Members are currently detouring traffic at the Pinkie Road overpass and are also present at Grand Coulee.

Traffic is being directed back towards the city due to current road conditions and reported collisions.

According to the Highway Hotline, Highway 1 between Regina and Moose Jaw is currently closed.

At this time, the RCMP is not releasing any further details regarding injuries, or the number of vehicles involved, but are asking drivers to slow down in the area to ensure the safety of all emergency personnel on-scene.
