SASKATOON – The second giant icicle in Saskatoon is no more.

Crews sprayed the three-storey-high frozen monstrosity with hot water.

It’s not the first giant icicle to gain fame in Saskatoon – another one was brought down in the city several weeks ago.

A city fire marshall says if this continues, Saskatoon will be known as Canada’s icicle capital.
