MILESTONE, Sask. – RCMP were called to fatal crash on Monday morning near Milestone.
Around 9:30 a.m. a south bound vehicle crossing Highway 39 was struck by a northbound semi truck.
Mounties say the driver of the vehicle, an 84-year-old Milestone area man, was killed in the collision.

RCMP reported road conditions were varying from good to very slippery along Highway 39.
Traffic was restricted to one lane around the scene, alternating between north and southbound traffic, while members investigated.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
