N.B. man left bleeding on the side of the road after altercation: police

New Brunswick RCMP continue to investigate an incident that left a man bleeding on the side of a road in Moncton, N.B.

Police say that at approximately 1:20 a.m. Sunday they responded to a call of an injured man on the side of the road in the 400 block of Elmwood Drive.

Upon arrival, police say it appeared obvious that the man had been in an altercation.

Ambulance New Brunswick and Moncton fire responded to the scene and the man received treatment.

They’re still attempting to determine what took place and have no suspect at this time.

RCMP say the victim has refused to co-operate with law enforcement.
