The agency says customs officers spotted several “suspicious” pieces of luggage coming off a flight from Pakistan on Feb. 19.
A closer examination found one suitcase tested positive for narcotics.
The CBSA says the narcotics were later confirmed to be heroin.
Police say no arrest has been made so far but the investigation continues.
