The Edmonton Eskimos re-signed national offensive lineman Simeon Rottier on Wednesday.
Rottier will be entering his 10th CFL season this year and seventh with the Eskimos.
He first signed with the green and gold in 2012 and has played 69 games at guard and centre.
Rottier was named a Western Division and CFL All-Star in 2014 and was the Eskimos nominee for Most Outstanding Lineman.
He played only four games last season because of injury and has missed a total of 39 games since the 2012 season.
Rottier was drafted first overall by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the 2009 CFL draft, becoming the first player from the University of Alberta Golden Bears to drafted first overall.
