Tommy Lee is alleging that his 21-year-old son, Brandon Lee, knocked him unconscious during a physical altercation.

According to TMZ, a physical altercation allegedly broke out between Lee and his son, whose mother is Pamela Anderson, on March 5. No arrests were made, however, Lee was transported to a nearby hospital after his son allegedly gave him a fat lip.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded to an incident at Lee’s Calabasas, Calif., home on Monday evening. Authorities confirmed that Lee was transported to the hospital the same night.

After TMZ published details of the fight in an article on Monday claiming that Brandon Lee had been acting in self-defence, Tommy Lee took to Twitter to say the story was incorrect.

“My fiancé and I were in bed when my son busted into the room and assaulted me. I asked him to leave the house and he knocked me unconscious. He ran away from the police. THAT’S the truth,” Lee tweeted on Tuesday about the reports regarding the incident.

According to Entertainment Tonight, hours before Tommy Lee shared his tweet, he posted (and deleted) a selfie of his swollen lips on Instagram with the caption: “My heart is broken. You can give your kids everything they could ever want in their entire lives and they can still turn against you. Good job Brandon. Great son!”

On Monday, Brandon spoke out on an Instagram story, saying,  “As I get older, I have started to realize that there are very few people you can trust … that’s my super depressing thought for tonight. Just thought I’d share it.”

Tommy Lee’s fiancée Brittany Furlan also tweeted after the incident.

“Violence is NEVER the answer,” Furlan tweeted. “No matter the situation. People need to learn to talk things out, not throw punches. It’s not necessary and doesn’t solve anything.”

The alleged incident comes after Tommy Lee took to social media over an interview Anderson recently did with Piers Morgan.

In the interview, Anderson said that Lee had been abusive during their relationship.

“@piersmorgan ur interviews w/ Donald Trump & my ex-wife are pathetic! Think she’d find something new to discuss instead of rehashing old s**t but I guess she has nothing else going on & needs attention. Signed, “The abuser” (who she texts everyday & asks for me back),” he wrote.
