Taylor was reported missing on July 31, 2010, days after she left an apartment to use a payphone to call a friend.

Laffin was charged with her murder in October of that year.

On Friday, Laffin led police investigators to human remains buried in a wooded area off Inletview Drive, in East Chezzetcook.
