Delta police say charges have been laid in connection with an altercation in December 2016 at the Rose and Crown Pub that left one man dead.
Russ Armfelt, 53, died in hospital after being found unconscious on the morning of Dec. 11.

Franco Sarra, 20, of Burnaby is facing a manslaughter charge in connection with Armfelt’s death.
The two are believed to have known each other.
Sarra is expected to appear in Surrey Provincial Court Thursday.
