TORONTO – IMP Group Ltd. said Friday it has bought Image Air Charter Ltd., a company specialized in executive travel.
Financial terms of the deal were not immediately available.

Toronto-based Image Air has close to 60 employees and manages a fleet of 20 aircraft.
The deal builds on IMP’s Execaire division, which offers a range of corporate aircraft services including management, charters and technical services.
Halifax-based IMP Group holds a broad portfolio of investments in businesses including aerospace, health care and real estate.
