Edmonton police ask for public’s help in locating teen B&E suspect

EDMONTON – Police are looking for 17 year-old Ricky Germain Larocque, who is alleged to have been involved in a break-and-enter and aggravated assault last month. 

Police obtained a court order this past Thursday to release the youth’s name and photograph.

According to police, two masked assailants used a machete and baton to intimidate and assault three female occupants of a north-end apartment on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013 around 9:00 p.m..

One of the masked assailants in the alleged incident was arrested by the RCMP on Friday, March 1, 2013. A third male involved in the alleged incident has been arrested as well.

Anyone who has information about the whereabouts of Ricky Germain Larocque or the events that occurred on February 9, 2013, is asked to contact the EPS complaint line at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone. Anonymous tips can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or online.
