RCMP are investigating a fatal crash south of Coaldale.
The collision happened at the intersection of Highway 845 and 512, between a Toyota Camry and a semi truck.

Emergency crews tell Global News the car ran a stop sign and struck the side of the semi.
The female driver of the car died at the scene, the driver of the semi was not injured.
It’s not yet known if speed or alcohol played a factor in the collision.
Police have not released the identity of the deceased.
