Florida police arrested and jailed a 93-year-old woman days before her 94th birthday.

Body cam video of the arrest, as seen in the video above, shows Juanita Fitzgerald resisting police attempts to forcibly remove her from her home on Tuesday.

“You’re hurting me,” Fitzgerald yelled as several police grab her by the arms and lift her into the patrol car.

Fitzgerald was subsequently put in an orange prison jumpsuit and placed in jail.

She was handcuffed and chained in her wheelchair while being interviewed, as seen in the video below, by local news outlet CBS’s WKMG.

In the interview video, Fitzgerald’s arms were covered in bruises from her standoff with police.

A judge ordered her release Thursday, a day before her 94th birthday.

Franklin House, the independent living facility where Fitzgerald was residing, said she didn’t pay her rent for three months and was evicted.

The facility accused Fitzgerald of avoiding paying her rent because she thought she was going to die in the near future.

Fitzgerald refuted this in interviews saying that they’ve been trying to get rid of her for years.

She said that she even tried to pay in October but Franklin House wouldn’t take it.

Franklin House officials said they did everything they could to assist Fitzgerald but said she refused their help.
