TORONTO – Residents in southern Ontario can expect a nasty commute Friday as the brunt of a major winter storm is set to hit during the morning rush hour.
Toronto can expect significant snowfall of 15 to 25 centimetres throughout the day with snowfall rates of two to four centimetres per hour during the peak of the storm, according to Environment Canada.
