Prices cut on Madoff’s NYC, Palm Beach homes

Asking prices for homes once occupied by now imprisoned Ponzi schemer Bernard Madoff in Manhattan’s Upper East Side and in Palm Beach, Florida, have been cut, after about two months on the market.
