Both Amazon and Apple have released information to Peruvian police, following a Montreal mother’s desperate plea to find her son, Jesse Galganov.

“We are optimistic that this new information will help to lead us to Jesse,” Alisa Clamen said.

She said she hopes data obtained from Galganov’s iPhone and e-reader will help locate her son.

T-Mobile, whom she also requested information from, has not released any data.

“We don’t have location information on our partner networks when customers are roaming, but will certainly provide anything else we can to help.”
