Man dead in Sherbrook Street homicide, police still searching for suspect

A man is dead after a shooting on Sherbrook Street Friday night.

Police were called to a report of a shooting at a home in the 700 block of Sherbrook Street, near Cumberland Avenue at 10:45 p.m.

An injured man was found at the address and rushed to hospital in critical condition, but did not survive. Police identified the victim on Monday as John Tuil Jok, a 29-year-old Winnipeg man.
