The Town of Warner has elected a new council.
Tyler Lindsay, Sharla Nelson, Colleen Jennings, Eric Burns and Colette Glynn were elected to council, according to unofficial results released Monday night on the town’s Facebook page.
A group of citizens has been at odds with the town’s council and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) John Hood.

Hood recently agreed to a peace bond after being charged with uttering threats to cause bodily harm or death, stemming from an altercation with one of the citizens.
Alberta Municipal Affairs has also ordered a municipal inspection for the village.
Below is the full list of candidates in the Village of Warner. One of the elected city councillors will become mayor.
