Michael Doerksen has been elected mayor of Drayton Valley.
He beat his closest opponent, Brandy Fredrickson, by 202 votes, according to unofficial results released by the municipality.
Eric Butz, Fayrell Wheeler, Bill Ballas, Corey Peebles, Nancy Dodds and Amila Gammana were elected to council.
