Alberta election 2017: Peter Brown re-elected as mayor of Airdrie

Peter Brown has been re-elected mayor of Airdrie.

With all seven voting stations reporting, the city released unofficial results at 10:12 p.m. on Monday.

Brown was elected with 5,006 votes. His next closest competitor was Marie Lauer with 3,280 votes.

The six councillors that have been unofficially declared are Ron Chapman, Kelly Hegg, Al Jones, Candice Kolson, Darrell Belyk and Tina Petrow.
