The DadBag fanny pack will give you the dad bod you’ve always wanted

Do you want all the trendiness of a dad bod with none of the health risks? Look no further than The DadBag. The DadBag

Pierce Brosnan has one, as do Vince Vaughn, Leonardo DiCaprio and Chris Pratt (sometimes): a dad bod. The paunchy silhouette of a middle-aged man is in vogue, and one U.K. designer is eager to make it accessible to even the fittest fellas around.

The DadBag is a fanny pack that’s printed with the image of a flabby belly, complete with a belly button and hair, making it look disturbingly realistic. Designed by Albert Pukies, a London-based art director, it comes in six styles, including different skin tones and varying degrees of hirsuteness, as well as a sunburned version (presumably for the British tourist on the beaches of Spain).

“I made the DadBag because I’m desperate to have a dad bod but I’m also very concerned about the health risks associated with it,” Pukies posted on Bored Panda. “The solution is quite simple: a bumbag [the British equivalent of a fanny pack] with a proper dad belly printed on it. Now I can put on a dad bod whenever I feel like it and even store my valuables in it.”

For maximum effect, the DadBag works best when paired with hunched shoulders, and is especially believable-looking when the wearer is slouched in a chair.

The bag isn’t for sale yet, although Pukies is eager to find a manufacturer and is considering launching a Kickstarter campaign.
